First off-site catering as my own entity

Everything looks really good, I can see why some of the guests were coming back for thirds. At the largest cook I help with (~175) we only have 10 gallons of tea...., plus some bottled water and soda pop, Oh.... I forgot about the 20 cases of beer :mrgreen: In 20 years, we've never done chicken I'm betting that quantity was a lot of work.

On your Imgur photos, what is in the pans in the third photo? And could you tell us the name or manufacturer of those snazzy hotel pan warmers?
