I got some cash for Christmas and decided that what I wanted most was some meat in the freezer. From here on I plan to save a little bit from each payday and stock up on my favorite cuts when they are on sell, but I needed to get started somewhere:
4 Rack Of St. Louis Cut Spare Ribs
3 Bone In Pork Butts Each 8.5 - 9 lbs
2 Packer Briskets Each 14lbs
1 Pork Loin About 8 - 9 lbs
4 Whole Chickens
Starting to get it filled up, I was hoping to get a couple packages of chicken leg quarters but they store didn't have any. I also need to get several rolls of sausage for fatties. I usually try to keep a turkey or two on hand as well!
