Smoked Mini Meatloaves

This is a cook from a couple weeks ago, back when the "Cooked with Booze" throwdown was going on. I never got around to taking a plated pic as they all got sealed up for the freezer.

Anyway, just wanted to post this to say - thanks to The Brethren for the inspiration and motivation to get things fired up once again, and get back to cooking. I've actually been cooking quite a bit and taking photos, they just don't often make it up here.

The Players:

In the Rec Tec, after getting glazed with the Jack Daniels bbq sauce...

After a ride in the chamber vacuum sealer, ready for the freezer.

They weighed around 9 ounces each after cooking. Each one makes 2 meals for me, with a salad and some mashed potatoes.
