On @ 0930. Back in my comfort zone.

That's some good looking 'cue. I have done quite a few cooks with the VA Thin and my modified version, that's good stuff. Also, that Lang looks good brother
 
That looks fantastic. Need to look into this Tidewater Thin... family from Suffolk, and I'm not familiar.

Tidewater Thin

In a quart jar add;
3 cups ac vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Texas pete
2Tbs fine ground cayenne pepper
2Tbs salt
2Tbs course ground black pepper
4Tbs mustard
stir, cap and let set a few days. shake jar some.

I make it all the time, I grew in Tidewater. If you prefer it sweet, replace the water with apple juice and half the Texas Pete
