Need to find some beef cheeks

I was confused about the fact that Wally World had a better price on beef cheeks than the Mexi-mart down by the Rio Grande!

I split my chuck and cheeks into a couple of "batches" so that I can easily make this again with roughly the same ratio of lean chucky and the fatty fatty goodness of cheeks.

No photos (sorry), but I'm currently crushing a bowl of Korean ramen with the barbacoa and beans from Sunday night... kinda like I've done in the past with pork ribs! (Brethren Forum Topic Link)

I haven't been cooking much lately, myself. I just had the interior of my house gutted and completely renovated - a 3 month project. It's done now, but it's been a strange summer.
