dessert to follow BBQ?

Greetings,

I am looking for dessert to cap off a BBQ dinner. I have made gooey butter cake and am a big fan; it is easy, tasty, and UN-healthy.....!

What do others serve after a BBQ meal? I do not need to BBQ the dessert; the oven is fine!

Cobbler and Home made ice cream is always a big hit with my crew. The cobbler can be cooked in a dutch oven, but a casserole dish in the oven is fine too.

Peach dump cake is always a favorite. As is the world's greatest rum cake. Both are super easy and hold well so can be made well in advance.

I like a pineapple upside down cake in a ten inch cast iron pan baked on a weber kettle using indirect heat running about 350.
