Christmas meat gift.

My Father-in-law sent us a Smoke Heroes box from Porter Road. It contained a half brisket, a rack of ribs, and a half Boston Butt. We'll be smoking the brisket next weekend (I'm working this weekend).

Anyone else ever tried meat from Porter Road?
