Christmas Eve Dinner

So I shot a deer in 2022. My first deer. Anyways, we saved one back strap and since I didn't get one this year I still had some deer meat for Christmas Eve dinner. Next year I will have to work harder to not fall short. Otherwise this tradition may not make it.

Stuffed the back strap with creme cheese, onions, and baby portobello mushrooms. Wrapped in bacon. Using Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub and the A.P. Rub. Cherry wood for smoke on our 22.5" Weber Kettle Grill.
