Chorizo burgers, some fresh guac and semi-homemade chips!

Thanks Joedy!

So far, I'm happy with them.
One thing to know, they DO NOT come with the hose or regulator!
That took them from $16 to $30 each with regulators from Amazon.

Brethren Robert has one and says his doesn't put out as much heat as he'd hoped.
The regulators I got are adjustable, 5 to 20 psi, I think.
They crank!

The regulator was probably my problem as it was just a non-adjustable low pressure regulator like you find on your camper or gas grill. Never would have figured it would require any more gas than low pressure. Silly me. After a few years on the shelf collecting dust, I gave it to the Salvation Army.

The burger and chips look great. Good luck in the TD.

Thanks everyone!
I had the leftover burger for lunch today.
Even nuked, it was still darn tasty!

You could be onto something there, Ron!

Richard, maybe chorizo sliders at the SE Bash...

G-man, I'm thinking about a couple more burgers with the other link. It's good till 2/25/24.
I'd recommend a fine tooth crosscut blade.
60 teeth, at least!

We had nachos with the chips last night, still plenty crispy!
I agree, much better than anything store-bought.

Thanks all!

I picked up some ground cow today. Pretty sure the rest of the chorizo will end up as burgers too!

That looks great. Too bad you have been banished to the garage!

Thanks all!

Heck, Dean, the garage is my sanctuary!
It's got a fridge, kegerator, Blackstone, pizza oven, microwave, sink, stereo and TV with cable and Roku.
Plus it's about 60* warmer than my outdoor cooking area at the moment! 😄
