Cheese Steak Sandwiches - Hunsaker Griddle Plate First Cook

The wife gave me a Hunsaker Griddle Plate for Christmas. Decided to break it in tonight and use leftover Christmas prime rib for cheese steak sandwiches.

Seasoned the griddle plate with raw prime rib fat that I saved.

Diced up the leftover roast.

Got some onions going.

Guess I missed some action shots. Here it is waiting to get folded onto the buns.

Dinner!

Whipped up some oujus at the last minute so I guess it's technically a French dip now.
