Chairman’s Reserve Tomahawk Pork chops on sale

We love Chairman’s Reserve ribs. Our supermarket (ShopRite) has CR Tomahawk pork chops on sale this week. We picked up a pack of two and had them for a late lunch. They were seared then then indirect to 135°f. A pad of butter was put on top after they came off. They came out excellent!

Pick some up if you have a ShopRite nearby.

Looks really good. Never heard of Chairman's Reserve so looked them up. There's a store 7-8 miles away that sells the brand. Will check it out sometime.
