Chicken Fried Steak, Green Chile and Blackstone

Lantana seasoned chicken fried steak fried in hot link/bacon grease, all topped with green chile gravy and a spicy queso broccoli rice dish. Cooked outside on the Blackstone Griddle. And a stray green chile for me. When cooking on the flat top a nice greasy hot link is a tasty way to oil things up.
