Cajun stuffed chops

Got these at a local meat shop. Dusted with honey hog and cooked on the PBC. Man they were good!

Fellas they were stuffed with a Cajun rice the meat shop makes in house. Really nice with a little spice. I'll def be back there to buy more and try some of their other house made items. The sausage links are on my list.
