I'm going to be purchasing a new flat top griddle soon and I was trying to find one made in USA. I came across this one and wondered if anyone on the forum has one or knows of someone who has one and their opinion?

How do you level it? I have a Blackstone 22" on a stand that has adjustable legs that make levelling a breeze.
I've cooked on many stainless steel flatops and they are excellent and fairly easy to clean and maintane, rust was never an issue.

Looks heavy duty. Too bad the grease trap is in the front. I hated my 1st gen blackstone for that very reason. Ruined a few nice shirts. Really like the rear grease traps in the newer blackstones.

For my money, I'd buy the one in the link above. One inch thick plate, thermostatic controlled burners and free shipping. Quick glance doesn't provide me with the country of origin, but safe to say if it was made in U.S.A. that would be posted prominently.
