I was perusing the meat department yesterday at the local Food Lion and the steak counter was...struggling!!! However, they had some Denver steaks that had really good marbling (they were not cut very big). Has anyone ever actually cooked these and what did they think about them? They were marbled far better than any of the Ribeyes but my wife is very picky so I didn't jump on them.
