That looks a little pricey to me. I would rather go with a BGE and get the comfort of the warranty/customer service.

Costco has great customer service. We took a matress back after a couple of months because it was sagging and they returned our $$, no problem.

The Costco ceramic doesn't appear to have a top cap though.

I was just in lowes and they had a rather large ceramic smoker egg knock off for 699

A lot of Chinese knockoffs have come and gone. I wouldn't spend money on any ceramic brand that doesn't have a proven track record of several years. Warranty service and parts availability is just too important with these cookers to risk trying an unknown brand.

With the marginal cost savings I would opt to go with a Primo, Kamado Joe, BGE or some other more established and reputable manufacturer.

thats what i was thinking!!! how do they think they can compare to the tried and true BGE??? they should offer them at a significant discount... its not like it costs much to produce, they are just riding the coatails of the trusted brands.
