Cash & Carry only carries Select and Choice Angus. For my money, the Choice Angus is better than many Prime that I've cooked. If I need better, I order SRF Wagyu briskets.
In truth, the last C&C Choice Angus I cooked was better than the past two Creekstone Prime briskets I've cooked.
