Brisket prices should be slowing dropping soon

You won't find Costco in Las Vegas being an affordable place to purchase your brisket, nearly $6.50 per lb. Unfortunately, good beef in Vegas is pricey.

we are down over 15% in just 3 weeks here in ATX. Welcome news indeed. Prime packers are $3.69 this week for the first time I can remember. And good prime packers too. I've found CAB prime and Meyer all natural in the past few weeks. All at $3.69/$3.79lb.

Doesnt matter Las Vegas or Michigan

Costco here is $6.99 lb for a flat, they do not carry packers

I just paid $3.59 lb at RD for one of their Angus brand packers
