We just hooked up with Josiah and his family. He is pumped about the brisket. But more importantly he is cheesed because the MSU Spartans are playing for the Big Ten Championship today 
All is all it was a great day. I got to smoke some brisket for a very special young man that has been through the ringer and back. He has a great attitude about life and is just a pleasure to hang out with. I also got to spend the morning in the kitchen cooking up some love with my two awesome helpers. Life is good
