This is something we like to do on a Sunday Morning
1 lb fresh pork sausage
1 Med onion and a green, red, or yellow pepper diced
Your favorite rub
1 cup of your favorite cheese
8 extra large eggs
Extra dose of Crestor
Simple, sauté onion and pepper in butter
Add sausage and rub, brown it up
Drain off excess grease.....maybe?
Add cheese
Pour in whisked eggs
Add more cheese
Fold mixture together until you are sure it's done
Serve with a Red Eye!:biggrin1:
