is Blowin Smoke!
Well, the bag, anyway.
Costco carries IQF boneless, skinless chicken bits in 3, maybe 5 pound bags.
We really like the thighs and keep them on hand for quick suppers.
Stir fry, fried chicken sandwiches, chicken and noodles, etc.
Tonight was the last of the current bag, so the odd shaped, small pieces.
These got a quick marinade in Very Very Teriyaki, then indirect on the kettle with some pecan smoke, then a quick sear over direct coals.
Cheap, simple, quick, and tasty. One of our favs.
