Man those look really good! I too took a shot at those last weekend after seeing yours, or someones pictures. I stuffed them with Sundried tomato, mushrooms, and mozzarella. They were delicious, and your right, they were great as leftovers too.:-D
 
Hey Rick how did you cut your breast. Stop people, I mean the chicken breast, vertical or horizontal.
eh? i didn't cut em. boneless from the store, and wrapped around the jalapeno whole

direct, raised grid, at around 300 for 1:24 i think. no power draft. i wasn't at omaha, i talked dhuffjr into bringing me an egg! hahaa :biggrin:
