After the recommendations from the brethren I decided on the blankets pizza oven. This was my first attempt. The dough was bought from a local pizza joint. I used store bought sauce and freshly grated mozzarella. This first pizza was more about figuring out the oven itself as opposed to the best pizza. I had fun and will keep at it.

On a side note, it probably only took about 10 min to get up to 700-800 degrees
