Since some are not very optimistic as to how well the BGE can cook pizzas, I have dedicated this batch to my buddy SonVolt.

We prefer traditional toppings, so all have some combination of sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green olive, onion.

Crust is crisp, firm, not over done. Oh, and look there, toppings are done as well, YUM!

It’s not perfect to everyone, but I’ll put it up against any other backyard pizza out there.

Disclaimer, if you are a fan of Neapolitan style, this is not for you.

Show um how it's done Tim! They look good to me.

You guys are gonna wind up sucking me into this pizza rabbit hole some day....

Nicely done, Tim. I'm sure it was delicious.

This is about as good as I could do on my BGE XL. It was definitely tasty & fun to do. I don't miss it though

Thank you all for the kind words, they are very much appreciated.

These were 10” pies, and I had a couple left over for the freezer. I always cook more than we need, and they reheat pretty darn well in the Breville toaster oven.

Looks great except for those small green circle things all over two of em.... :p

Not all folks love green olives, but I have converted some over from black...LOL

They add a nice brineyness to the flavor profile, give them a shot!
