Yes I think they've backed off on the monetary aspect this year, but reps are still making the point about how important it is to judge each entry carefully because of all the time and effort that goes into it.

After reading through this thread, some of the judge bashing on here is discouraging because most of us take the responsibility very seriously. I can't deny there is some bad judging going on because I've seen it in detail, but it is NOT the norm.
