If anyone gets in the Shreveport, LA or Kilgore, TX area, you have got to try the "Country Tavern BBQ". Best BBQ in this part of the country.

The Kilgore, TX location has been serving BBQ since 1937 and the Shreveport has been open about 6 or 7 years. The Shreveport location was voted the best BBQ in the city.
