I’ve been checking in here off and on but haven’t been posting much. I have been doing quite a few cooks and we’ve hosted a few parties since picking up the Yoder.

I’ve been going through some Kosmos products. First were ribs. I used dominator from oakridge but used the OP-X1 to sauce. Ran them naked the whole cook at 275. That has been my preferred method for SLC’s.

Next was a bone in tomahawk ribeye. Used cow cover hot and Texas beef. Came out great. Could have gone just a little longer at 225 before the sear

Last were 2 packers. The second turned out better than the first. Kosmos Texas beef and cow cover hot for the rubs. Wrapped with BP.

Man everything looks great. The bark on the ribs looks incredible and that tomahawk looks perfect
 
Crushing it as of late!

That tomahawk looks absolutely perfect to me.

Thanks for the comments, picking up the Yoder has really got me out smoking more.

I’ve gone through 100 lbs of pellets in a little over 3 weeks.

Doing wings tonight and ribs and pork butts next week for the 4th
