Love Beef Ribs, they have a stringy thingy in them though. I BBQ pork ribs the most though because of price and they are easier to find and Q. Decided after I went to a steakhouse the other night and got baked brisket that I'm not really a fan of baked meat. I guess since I started Q'ing that I've become a snob.
