There was another burn ban going on while camping. I had to settle for charcoal instead of a campfire but it worked out OK.

I dislike those camp grills. I've noticed many that are just too disgusting to put food on. :tsk::laugh: I picked up one of these little $19. coal holders. Couldn't have been happier.

I bought one of these several years ago while camping in Texas. It lasted longer than expected.

I'm all about the bark. I get the end rib before anyone else has the chance.
It was a no fuss cook, got plenty of fishing time in. I loved the little cooker and the ribs were tender and juicy. I was a happy camper.

Thanks for looking!

Awesome Jeanie!
I like the taters ‘not baked’ , blame my wife, cuz she always wants baked.
The ribs and corn look great!

Thanks Mike!
I like doctored up tatoes too. :-D
Hope you're having a great week!

That looks like a meal fit for a king! Or Queen in this case :)

When I started my KCBS competition BBQ team, I used that same cooker for my chicken cooks. 1st contest I took a 7th place walk with chicken wings!
Nothin wrong with a $40 cooker.

Awesome, as always Jeanie. Reminds me to keep searching the butcher cases for beef ribs. Those look so good, as do the sides. Perfection.
