Beef...it's what's for dinner

Ya ever have one of those days when you think "Man I sure could go for a good hunk of beef"?

Well i did on my way home so I stopped by the local meat counter and picked up a couple of filets and hit them with some Hitchin' Post Magic Dust and let them rest.

Gotta eat healthy so I thought I'd try some string beans this time with the squash

What to do while Big Joe gets up to temp???

Food looks great, but the pics could be better. I got a good camera I could bring with me next time you cook that as long as I get a few bites! Just messin' with ya! All honesty looks great! I'm stopping by my meat guy for some steaks tomorrow to break in a new kettle.
