Football!!! The boys want bbq beef sammies. I'm thinking chuck roast buddy says brisket .What would you do?

How much time do you have?? I can do a chuckie PSB in a lot less time that a brisket.

Chuckie... more forgiving, less cook time and IMHO better for pulled/chopped BBQ beef sammies unless you want sliced then go the briskie route.
