That's the every day price at our local Walmart.

And also at Academy. Best deal is to catch when Academy has 20% off on-line purchases store wide. They do it pretty often. Just get on their email list. Then buy on-line and go pick it up. That gets B&B down to $8 for a 17 pound bag.
