Arm Roast - Would you...

Sous Vide? Smoke to mid-rare? Smoke like pepper stout beef?

Haven't cooked one of these in I don't know how long. I'm sure The Brethren will know how to cook it.

It's a pot roast. My choice would be in a crockpot with veggies.

This is a good idea. Arm roasts are very similar to chuck, just slightly more tender with somewhat less fat and collagen.

That looks great. Don't think I would have ever thought to grill it. May give that a go.
