Pepper stout beef serving size

Good morning brethren,
I'm having a party on Saturday for approx 20 adults and 10 kids. Not huge eaters and 2 don't eat meat. Any suggestions on how many pounds of Chuck roast would be enough to feed everyone making pepper stout beef? Thanks in advance.

I typically plan for 1/2lb-3/4lb per head. but i also dont mind left overs

Your going to lose about a 1 pound per 4 pounds in just juices. So 30 people 1/2 pound each minus 1 pound loss per 4 pounds so around 19 pounds would yield around 15 pounds which would give you 1/2 pound per person for 30 people.
