Anybody heard of B&B lump charcoal?

I also use the B&B 90% of the time in the kettle, kamado, and as my offset starter assist. The mesquite is very strong and I nearly ruined 3 whole chicken cook on kamado due to the smoldering and bad smoke I couldn't get off how I was running the cook with wood mixed in. I eventually learned it wants to run hotter than the green hickory bag which is my go to and just use it for steaks, burgers, etc. on my kettle or as a fire starter for higher temp/quick cooks on offset.

I also use their wood as my splits since I didn't use enough before my kamado or mini-offset to justify larger truck-load of wood at one time. It's ok but Acadamy has some Cotton Wood Ranch or something like that smaller boxes of splits I like more. Everyone has different tastes, and I like a super heavy smoke, which B&B does more than others for flavored wood.
