A Wellington on a Weber (Pr0n)

Jed, simply "meraviglioso"!
My wife is astonished and she is planning something like your cook. BUT (I shouldn't say that) I don't believe she has enough skillness.
She will never know unless she tries, It's really not too hard. Watch the temperature on the OTG and beware of the cook time.

You have done it again sir. Your combination of traditional culinary arts and live fire cooking is remarkable. As stated before it's post like yours that inspire me to want to learn to cook.

Tremendous !!!!

I always wanted to do something like this with stout little slabs of pork tenderloin....the searing might be a little different & maybe what goes into the sauce, but this is an inspiration to think on it.........got this one marked down.........thanks !!!!
