Babbling Farker
Picked up a rack of commodity ribs - pre cut St. Louis. Pulled the membrane. Gave ‘em a bath in some Cookin Pellets Cherry smoke at 275F. Added some Q-salted fries and box Mac and cheese - cause I’m a health food nut. Well maybe not… Plated on high-end Okie china.
