Smoked two 7-ish pound bone in breasts...one for each of the TWO Thanksgiving meals I had :mrgreen:

The whole turkey was for my wife's coworkers stuck working yesterday. The breasts got nothing more than olive oil on the outside. The whole bird got some of my buddy's homemade rub inside and outside. All went into a 325-350 stick burner. The breasts took maybe 2 hours and the whole bird around 3 hours. Skin on all was really good...nice and crispy. Oak for smoke really works well.....very mild flavor. Hope everyone enjoyed their day...and will enjoy leftovers....:mrgreen:
