Got some beautiful fresh scallops and had to cook a few of them up same time. Seasoned the scallops up with some light soy, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, a tupps of sesame oil & nex lil tupps of ponzu. Put them in a baking pan with a few chunks of butter and threw them under the broiler...

While the scallops cooked I decided to top them off with a little of my Korean Jesus Sauce (because it saves Everything):becky: Chopped scallion, garlic, gochujang and hot veg + sesame oil poured over to sizzle...

Once cooked topped them off with the sauce and dug in!
