The pizzas of late have been off the charts with my new Super Peel, the most indispensable pizza tool I've owned(along with the Blackstone, of course!). Basically, it's a metal peel with a cloth covering that acts as a conveyor and allows you to slide the pizza onto your cooking surface completely intact, without shifting and moving of ingredients. This really comes in handy with pies that are heavy on toppings or on the larger side.

Here's the dough ready to be topped:

With sauce and cheese:

Now added nice large pepperoni:

Finally the sausage:

Some of you might gasp that I used raw sausage on the pizza, but with the Blackstone, the heat gets so high the sausage cooks perfectly, and is super moist, unlike precooked sausage, which can be dry.

Here it is out of the oven:

I need to try Pepperoni,I cant remember ever tasting it.
Looks great Moose

The only gasping going on here is because of the cooked pics!

Holy buckets that looks fantastic!

Your pizza looks perfect.
Went to Giordano's in Chicago and got food poisoning, no extra charge!
They should've had a Blackstone!
I always cook my meats beforehand, just paranoid after that disaster.

That looks incredibly good Moose! Well Done! :clap2:

What is that? 3 different cheeses?
