I am sorry for your scare.Glad it turned out O.K. Can NEVER be too careful in these times we find ourselves. The food looks outstanding and your choice of cheese and Tennessee Whiskey, well, they are STELLAR! :thumb:

Thanks Hoss!

Yup! Especially with the good and the bad walking around freely with masks on. Don't know who's who anymore or at least an idea.

So glad to hear all is well. It's still very unerving even though you had your buddy with you. I had a very similar situation long ago while still at home. It turned out to be brother's gf stopped by and left everything open. Another in my home but, not so innocent. Took cash and fine cigars. So I told all the neighbors and all their responses were oh ya, there have been serval breakin ins around the neighborhood. WTF thanks for the heads up. Very tastey looking burger and beverages, a bit therapeutic too

Thanks Joe!

You can have all the buddies around but anyone can get outgunned imho. Especially when you're not expecting it. Just glad everything worked out fine.

Burger made up for it though.

Super looking burger. Glad to hear everything checked out OK at the cabin. I once "cleared" our garage after my wife insisted that she head something. I heard it too. A few minutes later I was face-to-face with "the bad guy" - a bad intentioned possum (yes I know its opossum, but I'm from OK). He didn't seem all that scared of me or the 1911... that nice Sig might get his attention though...

Keep cookin'.

Do a sweep for bugs and cameras. [emoji23]
Glad all is good!

Throw away your toothbrushes and get new ones - ya never know!...I've heard stories... At any rate, glad the situation turned out to be a head scratcher and not much more.

Great burger & love that LL! Never knew about it till one of yer posts a while back.

Where'd you find a round WGA? :becky:

Must have been a little Heart Pumping for sure, always nice to have a solid back up. Taking the time to change out the locks was prudent, in today's world, security is tantamount.
That burger, which looks perfect!, and drink must have helped with the after shock calming.

Mother Nature’s Rumba

Glad everything turned out well but on a side note, Time to clean those grates or replace them before somebody gets lock jaw lol

Fark - can't see your pictures either.

Do you have permanent internet access up there? If so, a smart lock provides some piece of mind.

Thanks Paul!

Good call. Changed out the locks already and thinking on putting a ring or some type of camera system.

For sure Greg!

Love LL! Probably one of the best all around rubs.

Oh and I meant JJ and not WGA.

I call them possums too. They sure are annoying. Around here I get a lot of raccoons and a bear or two occasionally but they usually mind their business.

Speaking of 1911's I miss my 45 Sig. I regret selling it. One of my favorite guns.

Dang!

I do have permanent internet. Will look into it.

Thanks Curt!

Glad no damage. Great looking burger!

Meaningless side note: Got a carryout medium rare burger at a local restaurant couple days ago. Burger itself was great but the bun was brioche and wrecked the overall experience. Way too sweet. Ended up eating it without the bun. I have an issue with pretzel buns also because they're generally too sweet.

You have great taste. I love a classic cheeseburger. A really fine one is greater than the sum of its parts. That one looks mighty fine.

Front door open, blah blah blah...

That PATTY though!!!

I’ll take two patties and a glass of jack neat please!
