Thanks Norm! I oil and wipe the griddle right after using, then again when I heat it up for a cook. I do the same with my cast iron wear. Seems to keep them all in pretty good shape.

I keep looking at the sweet, I,m thinking it would be nice for a Weekend breakfast with grilled Banana, :becky:

Bananas are great! I like strawberry or mixed berries too.

I knew better when I opened this while eating oatmeal.
