Super cool! Keep us up on your progress and learnings!
My vending trailer will be here in 2 weeks!
Thanks!That sammich looks killer.
Don't give up the whole menu, but it sure is fun to feel like we have a bit of an "inside track" to your next adventure!
NOW it's ready for wrappingFinal mockups are in and approved..... soon the "Pig Pen" will be stylin'.....
:grin:NOW it's ready for wrapping
This is just awesome! What a great looking rig, and a belated congrats on the Chopped Champion!! SWEET!!
I've been looking at a trailer as my first option. This allows me to drop it on location and still be able to drive if I need. But I've also found that it would be the first step to planting in a more permanent location and build around it.But this will work for now:grin: Have to start somewhere. I plan to have it wrapped and give it some bling as soon as I'm able. More pics later....We only snapped a few before hitching it up and rolling.
Thanks Jimmy!Very nice!!
Thanks Mike! That looks GREAT, Phillip!! I know your food will be fantastic!
I know that feeling. Just keep your sights and plans moving forward, and you will get one sooner than you may think. What I don't like is that I don't have enough cash yet to purchase one outright....yet. I didn't realize how expensive these are if new and how beat up some are used......
I would LOVE to do that show or others. I hear if you email them, and "brag" about a certain chef or crew, or concept that they like it:wink:What a great setup! And love that sammich!
Since you already done a Food Network show and won, what about the Great Food
Truck race? That would give us a team to root for this next season.
There is nothing like a good steak using @OakridgeBBQ even better with a good #carnecrosta crust. #kissofsmoke #allinthesear #highheatisbest
Brother.. you put this on a food truck and get some following... God help Mike and company!
Enjoying seeing you experiment. Keep it coming.
