thanksgiving leftovers...on the griddle...pr0n

Saturday morning breakfast...some leftover mashed potatoes, "smashed" on the griddle...cheddar cheese skirt...eggs...potatoes were great...crispy goodness





surrounded by love..



Dinner was turkey chopped up with some carrots, more "smashed" mashed potatoes,and "smashed" stuffing....cheddar on each component, then stacked: stuffing, potatoes, turkey and topped with gravy....'twas good!!

I was just doing full "repeat" platters of the thanksgiving meal....great, but boring!

Had them for awhile...Williams Sonoma...work fine as long as you "pam" the inside of the ring...
