Cedarburger
Knows what a fatty is.
It's not enough that I grill every night. Usually we can't agree on exactly what we want so I have to make a variety. Things could be worse.
The ingredients-minus the beef and bacon, they were hiding
Started by roasting a pepper on the coals
Sauteed some onions
Seasoned and prepared the beef

Added the corned beef hash, jalapeno, mushroom and roasted pepper to the onion and cooked for about 20 minutes
Filled the beer can burgers
Added the mozzarella and Wisconsin sharp cheddar and cooked indirect for 45 minutes
After 25 minutes threw on the basic burgers for reverse sear
With a few minutes to go tossed on the Canadian bacon, ciabatta and hamburger buns
Added a fried egg to the stuffed burger and cheddar, ghost pepper jack, onion and tomato to the wifes burger
And fully assembled. Both of us went to bed happy
Thanks for looking.
