Hmmm... Never thought of taking a fatty to the fowl level. Pounded or ground chicken, stuffed with delicious fillings and then wrapped in bacon? Sorry, I need some time alone...
 
I make these up a lot. Never done it with swiss, and typically throw some veggies in there. They're deeeelicious.
 
Did you salt the chicken or did the ham and bacon give it enough?
