Hmmm... Never thought of taking a fatty to the fowl level. Pounded or ground chicken, stuffed with delicious fillings and then wrapped in bacon? Sorry, I need some time alone...
That looks awesome! Great idea how long and what temp did you cook it?
Did you salt the chicken or did the ham and bacon give it enough?
