Here is how I do it:

I learned from Jeanie's blog too. It surprised me it was so easy once you knew the trick of starting in the middle. Oh, and something else I learned was to look at the package of bacon and make sure the pieces are fairly even. Hard to make it pretty with ugly bacon...

The best way for me to learn is when someone (in the "middle" of the country) shows me in person. Any chance someone from Oklahoma (hint hint) can head north to show me how?
