Yesterday evening, i smoked four very large chicken breasts for 3 hours @ 225 and seasoned with YardBird. The came out very good. Just a few minutes ago, i chopped up two breasts, reheated with some sweet bbq sauce, topped with cheddar and drizzled a little Sriracha chile sauce!
