Frito Pie, specifically BBQ Frito Pie

Mesquite Smoked Brisket on a bed of Fritos topped with cheddar cheese, chopped Vidalia onion, BBQ Sauce and a drizzle of chili oil. Dill pickle, jalapeno and green Chile are Grand as well.

Nice polite heat with good garlic crunch. The oil is fantastic viscosity for topping just about anything. This particular one is savory but not salty??? Definitely not sweet which your eyes will tell you it should be.
It's 15$ at World Market. Son bought this for me last Christmas and think it came from Amazon. It's a nice savory scoville forward crunchy oil. As I've described before, on other products, it caresses the palate but doesn't choke the throat. Is it the greatest culinary product of all time? No. But it's dam good on a lot of things

Definitely worth the $15
