Good evening folks! First of all sorry I don't have smoker shots, as I wasn't sure what I was making at the time for myself once the pepper stout beef was done. The missus made taco's with the Pepper Stout Beef, The rest of the family made sandwiches.

As for me, I'm still recovering from getting my top front 6 teeth pulled. Gums are still a little sore and healing so I was trying to think of something awesome I can make that's easy to cut up. I've been having this craving for an Omelet so that's when I grabbed the camera and started taking pictures!

The Omelet was fantastic. I put shredded cheese and the pepper stout beef in the Omelet. I topped it off with some Taco bell hot sauce. Got a large supply of the personal packets! Gotta use it up!

Thanks for looking!

Dude - you are off the hook with excellent creative cooks.

Well done, Sir! :thumb:

Thanks, I try to add a little something different to most of my posts. It's still awesome seeing the basic Q, but this site has showed me there's ALOT to do with the basic Q when its done.

Yes please, that looks tasty

Thanks. I'm really loving this Pepper Stout Beef. This is only the 2nd time making PSB. I've been wanting to try it for so long but never got around to it! It's gonna become a regular as the missus loves the taco's from it.
